Mia Dearden

Mia was born in Metropolis Kansas and is an only child. Two years after she was born her Mother left, where abouts currently unknown. Her Father started drinking when she was five and became verbally and physically abusive shortly after. The night before her twelveth birthday the abuse finally got so bad that she ran away from home. Shortly after she met and fell for a man named Rick who was twenty. She moved in with him when he promised to love and take care of her. Not long after he turned her to a life of prostitution and cage fighting for money. Their relationship was a mess of verbal, physical and sexual abuse. Mia spent four years with Rick before Oliver Queen found her and showed her there was a different way to live.
